Overall, we got the sense the staff just wanted to rush to go home and thought we would delay them. The latte had espresso grinds in it and seemed haphazardly made. We walked up when our order was called and thanked them for the food, they just walked away with no eye contact and said nothing. They essentially lied to us to try to get us to leave. We went ahead and ordered anyway and got our food by 1:33pm, less than 10 minutes from when we walked in. We walk up to the cashier and they immediately said there was a 45 minute wait for food. The wait staff didn’t say anything to them. We let a customer go in front of us as we were deciding. Instead of being greeted, a staff member walked by to sternly warn us that there is 30 minutes until closing. We came in at 1:23pm, place was half full and no line. Food is great! But 1 star for customer service – ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS.
